Ultimate point and shoot for adventure motorcycling?
 

I've purchased the Olympus mju 720 SW and it arrived yesterday. I've not really had a good chance to play with it yet, but I'll find the time this weekend and report back. Initial impression is that it seems easy to use, works pretty quickly and seems really well built solid camera.

The camera its self is able to work up to 3 meters under water and survive a fall from 1.5 meters. For me this was a big selling point. Also my brother in law has had an mju 300 for the past couple of years and he totally recommends it.

Any reccomendations of where to get one from and how much?I'm on the lookout for something similar for my next trip to Morocco in August as my old Fiji is a bit brick-sized!What batteries does it use,are they AAA's or specific battery pack type?

I bought mine from... http://www.equipmentexpress.co.uk/ It cost me £229.99 and it was delivered the next day. I did find one that was a few pounds cheeper from another company, but I wasn't happy with their service and cancelled the order.

I phoned Equiptment Express to make sure that they had a blue one in stock and
ordered over the phone.
