I can't vouch for it and its not free but there is a free version that will let you know if it can recover your data before you pay out.

I had tried some of Photo recovery tool to recovering and repair videos from my SD card :

Here the Lists:

Stellar Photo Recovery
Easeus Wizard
Minitool

these tools are not free it's paid I used stellar software and it 's worked great!

I've used Photorec in the past. It's free and open source, does not look very advanced but did the job. Was not able to recover everything, but had most photos I needed.
