If the GoPro looked streamlined like the Contour HD I'd buy it for sure :)

There is a new download for the GoPro HD which enables 25 frames at 720p

Forgot to mention there is a pal helmet cam called (HDMax - Extreme) which records in 25, 30, 50 or 60fps

Atc5k

Has anyone used the Oregon Scientific ATC5K?

Apparently only 640 x 480 VGA 30fps and NTSC but I was wondering about sound quality?

On all other accounts it seems like an inferior product...??

Scrap that I found that they have now ATC9K:
1080p, 30fps... but still NTSC

I wonder why there isn't a good helmet cam that shoots full HD in PAL. ARGGH!!!!

The latest firmware that I have for my GoProHD now allows the user to select PAL. There you go.

PAL 25/50 fps Support

Lastly the new Firmware provides PAL 25/50 fps Support. If you live in a PAL region (most regions outside of North America) you can now record in the PAL broadcast standard of 25 / 50 fps in the following resolutions: r1: WVGA 50fps; r2: 1280x720 25fps; r3: 1280x720 50fps; r4: 1280x960 25fps and r5: 1920x1080 25fps.""
