This model Toyota is literally indestructible and no other 4x4 comes anywhere near it in the "reliability category"....totally indestructible. Spares are available throughout Africa for those considering a trip back to base in the UK.

The vehicle is currently in South Africa. We have two options...
As Returning Residents to the UK we qualify to bring the vehicle back in with us Duty/Tax Free, which would make it a one of a kind, in this league.
Or we leave it here for you to get back home in...the choice is entirely yours.
I would also be prepared to undertake any "after market" add ons that you would require done to the vehicle. One can go wild in this particular department here in South Africa, with such a huge variety of extras to choose from.

Nice truck...try advertising it in Germany/Switzerland I think there's a bigger market for this type of vehicle than the UK.

I don't think you would have any trouble selling it in the UK. As a rare, but desirable, vehicle there is a good enough market for these that some people are importing them from Oz to re sell

Hi Ian, is this car still available? I am living in Cairo, but looking to move (overland) to the Cape with my family. It seems like my best option is buy a car from SA, so that importing in SA will not be needed at the end of the trip (I don't think I will have permanent residency before I arrive - meaning that I will have to pay duties on any foreign car that I bring with me). Can you send a link to more pics and maybe a price?
