Now for Uzbekistan available too Visa to Uzbekistan

Technically it isn't an evisa, it's an online application system. You still need to go to the embassy with the printed out form and passport to get the visa. And if you need a LOI, then they tend to ask for that number as well.

Visited the Uzbek embassy in Riga last Friday.

I did it last week, it is not a visa, just the application, you have to fill online, like Russia.
