Turkmenistan transit visa current status
 

Hello.
I am currently in Iran with my motorcycle on a British passport. I plan to go round the Caspian Sea so am hoping to apply for a Turkmenistan transit visa in Tehran with a view to collecting it in Mashhad.
I hear that there may be some refusals currently.
Does anybody have any upto date info?
Also would I have to pay the fee on application or collection?
