Hi
I have a F800GS and now I'm in Baku. I want to go to Kazajistan and then, Uzbekistan, Tayikistan...
But I need to change the tires and transmission kit (chain and gears). Do you know any places?

My options are, going by ferri to Kazajistan, or by land to Kazajistán (through Russia). And then I will go to Uzbekistan.

Go back to Tbilisi, Georgia? Goto Volgograd, Russia?
Please help :)

Can't help you BUT it always amazes me when I see these posts. "I arrived in BFE, or in this case in Baku and suddenly I noticed i need tires and chain / sprockets". Was this not foreseeable about 2000 km's ago when everything was readily available? Just a tiny little bit of planning goes such a long way.
