Tire help needed Baku?

Hey all,
I was planning on getting a Mitas E09 from KTM Team Georgia in Tbilisi but the owner Slava now says he won't sell me a tire. I had to do a fair amount of work on my KTM last week and I did it myself instead of bringing my baby to his shop and let his inexperienced mechanics beat on it with hammers. Long story short, he won't even sell me shims for the valve clearance.

So, Now parts are getting shipped in to me but I am still looking for a rear tire. I currently have a Michelin T-63 that I can maybe make it to Almaty.

I am hoping to find a tire in Baku, Samarkand, or Bishkek. Any suggestions or help would be great.

Try Dima in Bishkek. His place is tricky to find bit he may be able to sort you out. And he does speak some English:)

Bishkek

Sorry to hear of your troubles. I live just outside of Bishkek. I have some used tires here. One 18 and a couple of 17. I know Dema and can help you there too. If there are some parts you need ordered send me a pm and we can help with that too.

Ok, My friend called around Tbilisi and found me a set of tires. TKC 80s. Take-offs from a 690 with 90% tread.

I'll still have to find a rear tire around Almaty I think.

What kind of tyre you need and when you will be in Almaty?
Some TKC80 or MITAS E09 equilance and 18 or 17 inch rear tyre?

I can ask from few of my friends living in Almaty what they can arrange to you there and what price etc. It shouldnt be any problem. Just let me know those things and i should know in few days.

I need a 140/80/18 or something close 120/90 would work. An E09 would be pretty great.

My friend needs 150/70-17 or something close.

Cheers.
