with which shipping company can I send spare parts from Germany to Georgia and Kazakhstan the fastest ?

Try the ADAC. They are very helpful. A friend's rear shock broke somewhere around Tanzania on his way south. In three days he had his bike running again.

i can send spare parts through the ADAC ? Is that really possible ? Or is the ADAC looking for a workshop on site ?

ADAC can help, they might send it to a workshop.
But then you can find one, ask them to have the parts deliverd to this place and pick it up.

When you send parts with shipping company, don't forget that it might be an issue with tax and customs.
Can take a while to get it out.
If it must be quick, than think about someone taking the plane and bring it in ( and when custom problems start with shipping, this might be cheaper too at the end )
