Sochi Russia to Turkey
 

Does anyone know how to get to Turkey from Sochi without travelling back up through Russia
One border to Georgia is closed
The other is a no go area
The ferry from Sochi To Trabzon appears to have stopped running
The ferry to Batumi Georgia does not take vehicles
We have checked Novorossiysk but without success
Our visa runs out in 11 days

You are only 1500 miles from Latvia? can you not simply go around the problem?

Scratch that, checking over your facebook page I note that you don't want to take that option, I've made some enquiries and if anything good comes up I'll post back here

Kazbegi border to georgia is open since 10 days..

Many thanks for that, we have had a few comments saying the border is open so going to try that tomorrow

No worries, 2 Turkish friends passed that border on June 18 and 26 and they are already in stans.
So many truck on the waiting line, bikers to the front as usual!!
