Russian car insurance Estonia border at Luhamaa / Shumilkino border Crossing
 
Anyone crossed recently know of you can still get insurance at the first petrol station across the Russian border?

I crossed 3 years ago and there was a man with a laptop. Or has it moved?

Green card no good for me as stayibg for up to a year

We crossed in June 2017, it was still there.
