Riding to Mongolia 2016 and shipping bike to Stockholm

Original plan was to ride to Mongolia via Turkey, Georgia & Russia and then train to Moscow and then ride to Tallin and ferry to Stockholm but costs of a business visa and time available I am now planning to ride to Mongolia and then fly myself and the bike to Stockholm from Ulan Bator. I will then have more time to enjoy the ride and see the sites and not be rushing to get to borders.
Any advice or contacts would be helpful. Spoke to James Cargo who gave me a shipping contact but no reply as yet.
I take it I will also need an agent in Stockholm to clear the bike or will the shipper in Ulan Bator arrange that?
I will be setting off mid June and aim to be in Sweden at the end of July.
Thanks for all the previous help and assistance from this great site and maybe meet some of you on the road next year:scooter:

You might contact Urna at Oasis guesthouse in Ulan-Bator.
She will be able to provide a contact for shipping the bike.
There is a few bikes every season to be shipped from UB.

Air or truck will be possible. I know from some people that truck might take very long time - up to 3 months.

Customs will need to be cleared in Stockholm in any case, may be someone else can help with an agent.

Best regards

Uwe

I used Landbridge to fly my bike back from UB to the UK. I contacted 4 agents in UB but Landbridge were the only ones who replied quickly and efficiently. See contact details below.

Oasis guesthouse do have leaflets for a German based shipper but I can't remember their name, plus it was going to be overland via China and take about 2 months, lot cheaper but I didn't want to wait that long.

The german based shipper is Pan Europa. Located in Hamm
Mr. König is the person to talk to.

They ship a lot of motorcycles every year to Europe.
so maybe also contact them.
