Hi again re secure parking talinn, riga and everywhere else we travelled it was never a problem even if your appartment or lodging does not have it almost all hotels etc do and for a fee will stick your bike in a courtyard or garage. I never left the bike on the street anywhere and the most I paid per night was about £5.00 but often it was free if you asked around.
