Lost Pannier
 

Yday my LH pannier flew off my 800gs and disappeared in the wilderness of Siberia. We thought it was worth reporting to the police here, interesting, tiresome and ending with a fine! Go figure? We are near Chita heading towards lake Baikal.
Anyway can any help with English translation to find a replacement or know where to start?
