I have found that the building is the third stop from the Airport, but I do not know what the building/department/street for the location the building, does anyone have any information on this? Thanks in advance P |

There was a guy who was there 2-3 years ago and went through the process. His name is SeanF on HU. I talked to him several months ago. He said next time he would just ship straight to Vlad to avoid the hassle. He had to go downtown to do paper work. I think most of the hassle was having to wait through the weekend to do it. Then he had another weekend wait when he got to Vlad.
I think you have to get Korean insurance too. It may be expensive with a minimum length. Sorry I don't have his link anymore. |
I was there 1 month ago, but i drove with a korean friend bike

Insurance
You can buy as third party liability for USD 30,, for a month at any local agent.
As soon as you get off the ferry ask the agent , , where. Most cases you will not be asked about insurance by the customs or the police. |
