kasachstan visa in mongolia???
 
does anyone knows if its possible to get a kasachstan visa in ulan bator or maybe in irkutsk/russia?

Don't know if they do visas, but here is an embassy in UB, Mongolia.
NO consulate in Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, or other place on the trans-siberia route though.
If coming from the east, it is either Monglia or get a visa before entering Russia.

There is definitely a Kazakhstan Embassy in Ulaanbaatar. The phone number is (976-11) 312-240. They issue Kazakh visas just like any other Kazakh Embassy.
