How safe is the Wakhan Corridor now?
 

Just looking into options for our route through the 'Stans and would love to venture from tajikistan to the Wakhan Corridor, but don't really understand if this is a safe area or not?

Have had aquick search of the HUBB but not much specifcally on the Wakhan Corridor.

Wakhan is safe as far as I know. I have talked with many people who work in Wakhan and they told this. I hope to give you more details next September ;)

So it looks we will be in this region the same time.
I feel expert in Central Asia, but I have also some experience in Poland ;)
