Help for a failing Africa twin in Miass Ufa area
 

Hi, My xvr750 Africa twin has a developed a vibration in the engine, we are nursing her day by day to try to get to Europe via Moscow, Is there anyone around or on route that might be able to off some help or advice?
Next stop is UFA where we are going to put in some thinker oil just to try to reduce the wear. We have travelled from Omsk and the vibration is getting worse as you's expect, we were hoping ot get to Moscow and St. Peterborough then in to Estonia so we don;t have to have a customs issue on exit if we don't have the bike.

firstly can some one look and make advice on whether the bike will maybe make it or reparable quick,

Secondly I want ot know what paper work I need to satisfy the customs if I have to ship the bike seperatly or scrap it, god forbid.

try to find a local motoclub , russians bikers are the most helpfull i've ever met !!!

There is a local Russian motorcycle club. Ask a local rider , they help you to find the workshop.
I had a bad steering stem which was replaced in the workshop of the club. But unfortunately don't have the address. Good luck
