Hey guys and gals, I'm looking for some real ADV globe trotters!

The New York Motorcycle and Scooter Task Force is starting an event / presentation series about the wide, wacky, wonderful world of riding. We're kicking off with a presentation on Global Adventure Riding. We're doing a team-presented show of a handful of riders who have been off the beaten track on two wheels. You would speak for ~30 minutes about your adventures and aspects of adventure riding, show pictures, tell tall tales, video, etc. Introduce newbies and dreamers to adventure travel. Share your knowledge and resources.

I'll be presenting, but as I haven't quite gone around the world yet, I need a better team. If you've done the TAT, Alaska, Africa, South America, or Asia, talk to me! If you know of a global rider rolling through town, let me know. Send me a PM or e-mail through HUBB.

Event is Monday 12/19 7-10pm at Bar Matchless in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY. Speakers will get a small honorarium and we'll pick up your drink and food tab for the night.

The Event series, which I'll post more about later, is designed to get NY riders together for fun, trash-talking, tale-telling, and drinking to support rider education, awareness, rights, culture, sport, history and camaraderie through hosted lectures, presentations and movies. :thumbup1:
