German motorcycle travelller touring around the mideast of the US
 

Hello !
I'm a motorcycle traveller from Germany !
Actually I'm with the HU for more than 10 years - but more from the reading side.
I'm not a big blogger or very active in the internet.
I used to be part of the HU Community in Kiel / Germany.
I'm coming to visit a friend of mine in Memphis and I'm touring from there direction east and backwards to Memphis in a big loop during the 5th and 13th of May.
It would be great to meet other motorcycle travellers in the US during this trip
or we can meet on the road and ride togehter if you like.
Any suggesstions and recommendations ?

Tail of the Dragon, great smokey mtns, blue ridge parkway, skyline drive...we just visited the allegheny mtns in West Virginia/Virginia, gorgeous with great roads. Holler if you get to DC, would be happy to meet up for a beer;)

I have heared about some of these rides

and have some of them allready in my mind and planings!

Unfortunely I'm a bit limited in time -

this time so I'll concentrate on the aera east of Chattanooga ...

I wont make it to DC this time - but keep the fridge filled and the beer cold ...:thumbup1:
