Good report, but might be worth adding that the AlCan Highway is currently washed out near Liard Hot Springs with a one-lane detour in place. Check on this before getting over-committed in either direction.

Good, informative write up. I was heading to the Dempster from MN about the same time you were traveling. Thanx for the time you took to post these details! Good choice to leave your gear at Coldfoot. Weight is not your friend. The far north is beautiful country!

One addition I didn't see, if the moto is dancing around on gravel, I lower the front tire pressure to smooth out the "wiggles", running for me 18 to 22psi. Pressure depends on the number of potholes and your weight. You don't want to dent a rim or pinch a tube.

Curious, was this part of a UCC?

Yep! This was part of a UCC - left on June 2nd for the first part - MN to Key West and back to MN to work for a little while before heading north. I ended up adding a day down in FL as a tropical storm was rolling across the Keys and south FL. It's always something :)
