Entering the US on a Bolivia plate on motorcycle
 

Hi there,

I'm thinking about shipping my bike from Cartagena, Colombia to Miami. Bike has a Bolivia plate, moving to NYC for work. ANyone knows the procedure to enter the US and drive to NYC where I'll do all the documents to import vehicle? Is it possible?

There is no problem bringing a foreign plated bike to the USA short term, like a year, and they don't keep track of the days. But if you want to get US plates or a US title to sell it her, you have to prove it meets US environmental laws. See US Environmental Protection Agency That is rarely economic.
