Visa to Mali at the border
 

Hello everyone going to Mali
We were told at the Mali Consulate in Banjul that it was possible to obtain visa at the borders to Mali, as this was a new procedure.
The thing is that you do not get the visa at the border and when you arrive to Bamako Police to obtain the visa you get a penalty each of CFA 18.000.
NB. We were not the only one with the same problem.
Advice: Do get a visa before entering Mali if you do not want to spend the money.
