Tunisia to Chad with local transport???
 

Hi

I am wondering if anybody has done a trip from Tunisia through Algeria, Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon to Chad. I have 8 weeks this summer and plan to go, independently by local transport.

Can anyone answer if it is possible to get an Algerian Visa from Sweden? Is Nigeria to dangerous to be in as a tourist? Where do I obtain the visas for Niger, Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad. En route or in neighbouring europoean countries?

Have ¨backpacked¨ from Casablanca to Accra earlier and think of nothing else but to go back.

to do it on public transport in summer would be tough.

Someone posted about coming back that way on this forum recently - with a link for advice.
