South from Libya
 

At least one party seems to be making it south from Libya into the Sahel...

That then would explain the news we've heard lately that the west and then south of Libya has been awash with military activity. It's not an EU-required push against illegals or a new invasion of Chad then... just a clearing of the way for the Colonel's convoy.
