Morocco-Algeria
 

Hi everyone. I am trying to plan a trip across North Africa, hopefully from Morocco across to Egypt. Any suggestions about the Morocco-Algeria border crossing? Is it totally impossible or what do you need to get across? Other routes?

Any suggestions would be awesome.

The Morocco to Algeria border is closed and has been for some years. You may have to start your trip in Algeria and work east from there into Tunisia/Libya and Egypt.

If you search through the forum archives, you'll find lots of useful info on the protracted border procedures for Libya and Egypt.
