Mauritanian Embassy opening over Christmas New Year
 

Hi,

does anyone know or could find out when the Mauritanian Embassy is open over the next couple of weeks?
I am arriving in Rabat on the 24.12 and I am hoping that I can get a visa either that day or on the 27.12 before heading off to the Mauri desert.

Anyone else planning to do the "Atlantic Route" along the beach in the second week of January?

We also look for same info.
We are a couple on a motorbike, and going down the atlantic route... Stil in Madrid.. How do you travel? Don't know when exactely we will head south, but plan to be in Marakesh for New Year, Agadir week later or so...
