Looking 4 Morocco GPS co-ord's
 

I am going on an Africa Twin in May 2006, and would welcome any advice, GPS routes, camp-sites etc for on-piste tour.

Does anyone know if Chris Scotts M1-M13(?), routes are still off-road or have they now become metalled?

All routes are still pistes, but some have lost a bit here and there. It doesn't matter if they have been sealed as most are through interesting areas and worth doing on or off road.

My site has quite a lot of Morocco info, including a page on each of the pistes featured in my dvd (see below) and a few others have good sites also.

2. Tan Tan to Foum Assaka
3. Foum Assaka to Sidi Ifni
4. Ait Herbil to Tafroute
5. Tata to Igherm
6. Taliouine to Foum Zguid
7. Foum Zguid to M'hamid
8. M'hamid to Merzouga
9. Meski to Beni Tajjite
10. Beni Tajjite to Figuig

Is there not a central point on the web for Morocco waypoints? If not then I'm happy to post them up if people email them in etc

I don't have any waypoints other than those in 'Sahara Overland' (which you can buy from my website ;-) as those are all you really need for the pistes.

Campsites and towns are very easy to find as a whole.

But if people email me in their waypoints I'll start a central collection of Morocco waypoints. But I'm not that hopeful anybody will - people tend to guard waypoints like money and won't give them out unless they get something back it often seems...
