From Chad to Lybia and Tunisia
 

The problem is the following :
We'll be with three 4*4 in the north of Chad in January 2002. We want to come back to France by Tunisia. The "logical road" should pass by the Tibesti and cross Lybia from south to north. But the "political road" told us that the bordeer could not be open and that a lot of anti-personnal mine were waiting for us ;o).
Any idea to find the "perfect road" will be welcome !

Go Niger Alg and you will be sure to get through - Tibesti is as dangerous as you say plus Libya wont let you in from the south.

just been informing for passing through libya, it will cost you $100 a day, but as the ambessy told me, you can try to make a deal.
