Unfortunately they are only shipping vehicles, no passengers allowed on bord :( Any alternatives? Are vehicles still banned from Sinai preventing the Israel ferry?

No, my information is that overland motorcycles are currently not allowed, but overland 4x4's are allowed into the Sinai, at least from the Suez tunnel
