I am doing research for a documentary and I am looking for a gas station on a smuggler's route from Libya to Niger (preferably on the Niger side) where I can cover a story on migration. Who can give me some info?

Yes, I heard abt Dirkou and I already started to do some research on it. However i have to go there in november to have a look. But it takes 3 days to get there by car from Agadez, and I'm running a tight schedule. Does anyone have any idea IF it is possible to charter a small plane, and WHERE? And what would be the price? Anyone had an idea?
