Algeria visa in NIGER?
 
Does anyone know if I can get an Algeria visa in Agades? I know at one time this was relatively easily done but now I hear that it's an emphatic NO! Any ideas?

Yes, transit visa could be obtained in Agadez.
I know somebody how obtained a transit visa in Agadez this year.
You will need a guide through Algeria, even for the transit visa.
