what gps for Bike and bicycle use

G'day all

Looking for a single GPS model that can be used both on a motorbike and a pushbike.
So, it should not require a hookup to a 12v battery like motorbike GPS, and it should respond fast enough for motorbike speeds. Hiking GPSes are standalone, but are too slow for motorbike usage. And it needs worldwide map coverage.....

Will use it for travelling purposes mostly, but our trips are 50% on motorbike and 50% on pushbike. Next one up is kenya on mountainbikes. After that, we're heading to peru on dirtbikes. Don't want to buy 2 GPSes....

?
I've used a Garmin Etrex Ventura on a motorcyele .. no problem with motorcycle speeds ..

I've upgraded to a 60Cx .. I'd suggest one of these as the battery life is excellent AND you can wire it to the motorcycle battery to reduce the consumption of batterires too. Using teh memory card enables lots of map storage room, and active track room too. The differences between the 76 and the 60 are - 60 has buttons at the bottom, the 76 floats.
