This is true on the main roads, but once you get back on the small roads the signs disappear and it can get a bit challenging. It would be nice to be able to turn down these small roads with a bit more confidence about where you'll end up. For instance, a few times we took some roads that looked good and ended up waiting a few hours for a ferry, or looking all over for a bridge. Kind of fun, but...
