Does anyone have electronic version of the routes in Great Motorcycle Tours of Europe

I've borrowed this book in preparation for my trip in August and was wondering if anyone has Google Maps or similar versions of the routes Colette Coleman recommends in her book?

I've contacted her she she doesn't have anything
