Best gps maps for india
 

Hi guys,

I have some mates that are going to travel across india in rickshaw, i think they doing 3000km. This is what they are doing. Rickshaw Run | The Adventurists

They have asked me what the best gps maps are, and i have no clue. :(

Is there any thing like Welcome to Tracks4Africa but for india ??
can any one lead in the right direction?

They are going to use a garmin 62.

I don't see why OSM wouldn't work? Anyone got other ideas?

I'd get the OSM ones first and look at them for suitability. As they are 'free' you loose nothing but you time (and internet download).
