Extreme Motorcycle Rally Cambodia 9th January 2010
 

Hey All

I have just signed up for this rally in cambodia , sounds pretty cool ,cant wait . Anybody else keen to join in , or know anybody who has been on this ride.

It's probably the coolest thing you can do...
Been on the rally last January and it was awesome.
Very good bunch to ride with and very good " on the fly " organisation sometimes.
Ben Laffer and his team really know how to handle " extreme " situations.
Forget it about doing things like that on your own. You would definately get lost or run out of gas or places to sleep. They go were only very few have been on bike before.
I have been riding quiet a lot in SE Asia last 20 years, but these guys really go " extreme ". It's much more about stamina than about technical skills ( especially in the second week ).
In January 2010 it 'll be my second rally. I can't wait to start again.
Good thing about the rally is that everyone helps everyone to get through the difficult stuff.
I'll see you in Phnom Penh in January... :wink2:
