Where to purchase green card insurance in Morocco
 

I will be crossing from tan med to Spain in about 10 days. Can I buy green card insurance in algeciras or must I have it before leaving Morocco?

Good to hear getting your bike out of Casa went well. Half a day is nothing. Tan Med can take longer on a bad day.
Customs have no interest in insurance. That is a police thing, but even then it's very rarely checked at roadside checkpoints or borders - unless you have an accident.

In Europe a green card is an extension of your regular domestic insurance (which is valid in EU anyway). A green card covers additional countries (or may give greater protection over the basic 'all-EU' cover.

I'm pretty sure they won't sell it to you in Morocco unless you have a Moroccan vehicle. But you can ask Axa etc.

Assuming you don't have insurance to ride in Spain/EU (unlike 99.9% of people using these ferries) I don't think it's something they sell at Algeciras. They expect everyone to have it as they're either from EU or Morocco.
So they don't normally check anything other than passports, but if you're not on an EU passport they may take more interest.
Doubtless it's available online.
