Silly Question??
 

I'm looking at filling in my D16 form online, but can't find anywhere the difference between Tangier Med and Tangier Port. What's the difference, can anyone shed any light on it please?

Where are you sailing to? If you put Tangier Med into google maps, and then do the same for Tangier Port, you'll see they are miles apart, entirely different places.

Tanger and Tanger
 

Tanger Med is the new freight & ferry port on the north coast. This is where most of the ferries now sail to.
The old port in Tanger itself is known as Tanger Ville and now serves mainly the cruise ships.

I've arrived ( and departured ) from both and for me the Tanger Med is much better, no hassle and straight from the port to the motorway, unless you want to visit Tanger your probably better by going via Tanger Med
