Obtaining Moroccan Insurance at Melilla?
 

Hi Friends:

I'm considering taking the ferry from Almeria to Melilla early in October.

I've travelled in Morocco before, entering at Tangier Med, and am familiar with the protocol for obtaining Moroccan insurance for my moto at Tangier Med. I did a search here on the HUBB for past discussions about getting insurance after entry at Melilla, but all the discussions I found were between 6 and 14 years old.

Has anyone recently entered at Melilla and purchased insurance there? Is it easy to find the insurance office? Is the insurance office normally open at the times the ferry arrives? Is the cost the same as purchasing insurance at Tangier Med?

There's an insurance office on the right immediately after the border. Not used it as my Spanish insurance includes a green card for Maroc.
