My Name is Lee and I'm planning on spending 2 weeks in Morocco late march, riding an Africa twin. Never been and looking for advice on routes and things/places not to miss. I'm more into great roads and scenery rather than tourist attractions, if that makes sense, wouldn't mind a bit of light off road and camping in the middle of nowhere for a few nights.

Most of what you are looking for can be found in the northern 25% of the country, which means that you don't need to travel too far south to accomplish your objectives.

Be aware that there is a kind of complex and long-running diplomatic / political dispute between Morocco and Spain that has resulted in a suspension of the ferry service between Morocco and Spain. I suggest that you read up on this (lots of info in the Morocco Forum), and don't make any concrete or irrevocable plans to visit in March 2022 until this dispute gets resolved.
