Do you have recommendations for vehicle shipping companies from Morocco to the US?
 

Question: Does anyone have recommendations for vehicle shipping companies from Morocco to the United States? Or, does anyone know of a good shipping broker in Morocco?

Hello!

I am reaching out to see if anyone in the Overlanding community has vehicle shipping recommendations from Morocco to the US. We are trying to ship our Sprinter van via a flat rack or RORO.

We have been stuck in Morocco since they announced the State of Emergency here and closed the borders in Mid-March. We have a reservation with Seabridge to ship from Antwerp, Belgium in the EU back to the US. But, we, as Americans, are not on the "safe" list and not allowed to enter the EU at this time.

We have also reached out to the IVSS shipping company, but they have not been reachable via phone or email.

Any help would be appreciated!

The only info for Morocco to USA we have is old, 2010, and NOT a recommendation - but maybe a useful lesson in it! See the HU Shipping database here.

When you DO make your shipment please add it to the Shipping Database!

I wanted to update this thread. After a few cancelled ferries, we were able to get on a ferry to Sete, France after taking a COVID-19 test. We did not have any issues entering France with our US passports / US registered vehicle. We are currently in Belgium to ship our van back to the US.

We were in contact with Driss Tahiri from T.A Trans – International Transport Solutions in regards to RORO from Morocco to the US. He was very nice and attempted to get us a quote. We luckily were able to get out of Morocco before he was able to get us a quote.
