Funny, Cheddar is the cheapest and most widely available cheese in the UK, but when I saw it in Almaty it was so expensive it was security tagged!

I spotted (and enjoyed) a cheese board in a bar in Cuba, one of the 3 cheeses was Irish Cheddar!

and it was the nicest of the 3 :-)
