can you encounter snow on roads?
 

I mean during which months if any you can encounter snow? and where?
I guess somewhere in the mountains. I am interested in April specifically as
that's the month I am going on my trip.

I doubt very much in April, but much like in the UK, there is an outside possibility on the highest passess but it won't be around for long in am sure

Agreed, if you look on the Michelin map it actually marks the roads liable suffer from snow and even gives the relevant months.

The main roads should have been cleared of snow by April.
However, that photograph is not untypical of remote pistes in the High Atlas at that time of year, especially on north facing slopes that don't get much sun.
