Your Google Map shows the way south from El Kharga to Toshka and on to Aswan. How did you get the permit (tasrih)? Is this for foreigners, too, or only for locals?

The same question for the direct road from Aswan to the Red Sea coast: Is this road open for anyone? Where did you get the permit in Aswan?
