Iran visa in one day in Peshawar, Pakistan
 

I couldn't believe it, but I have received a transit visa for Iran in one day, without any agency help or communication up front. In Islamabad it would have taken at least 10 days.

This quick process is for Dutch and French nationals for sure, other countries I don't know. I have heard that this consulate is fast in a any case, average 3-4 days for most countries. However, a UK citizen had to wait two weeks, when he applied the same time as I did. A transit visa can be extended in Iran.
