Toyota ODB2 USB Dongle & Software

Techstream V8.10.021 is included. It works fine on my Land Cruiser 200 V8 D4D...

8 Days was the shipping time from china. I ordered with the ebay link who is provided.

You can set much stuff, can disable the seat belt warning on the passenger side and so on. Many options i don`t understand really.
So be careful what you do, if you look with big eyes to the deeper settings like me... :innocent:

And it can reset errors.

You need an WinXP virtual machine or Notebook to connect.

I used my Macbook running a virtual WindowsXP from Paralells Desktop..

Cheap and good quality of the cable and dongle. A bit overkill if you just want to erase errors, but when you carry your computer anyway with you, it also works just for that....

For shure - you car has to have the odb2 interface, what is common for cars from 2004 upwards, i guess.

I had too such a device, for resetting errors with my smartphone.

But it is something different as that one who is in the first posting. Because it comes with the toyota techstream software who allows you to set settings, to troubleshoot problems. You can set that stuff what your mechanic can do with that device.

It is NOT just a dongle to resett errors and read some values, like that one you mention.
