Diesel or petrol on the HDJ 80?!?!
 

Anyone know how the petrol is compared to diesel??

had a diesel that was great but looking to buy new car now for trip through midle east and asia..

The petrol is quieter, but also obviously much thirstier and you need to do more work on it to waterproof the engine.

Power and torquue wise there isn't a massive amount of difference between them.
