2011 250sxf Timming off by 1/2 tooth
 

I have a 2011 250sxf with 15hrs of use. I bought as a left over last winter. I noticed the intake cam was a half tooth off on the timing mark. The exhaust was spot on and the crank locked in top dead center. KTM dealer suggested the timing chain was stretched. I put new chain and intake cam is stil half a tooth off the mark. The intake sprocket is fixed with a key to the cam and can't be adjusted. Is this normal?
