Brakes are not made for on road use only.All the bikes with off-road character have soft brakes so it will not be easy to lock in gravel.This is how brakes are , even on a ktm adventure.Forget using 2 fingers when breaking
like on a sport bike , use all fingers push hard and hope for breaking on time.

For road use only all brake parts should be changed to something better.
